This is my favorite on-the-go breakfast.
5 minute prep time the night before and grab-n-go the next morning. Perfect for those mornings you know you will be dashing out the door. You do not want to skip breakfast. You need that momma fuel!
Recipe:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup non-dairy milk. (Our favorite dairy free milk is Ripple made from pea protein!)
- 1 mashed ripe banana (wait for those brown spots!)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- sprinkle of cinnamon.
Mix all ingredients together and seal in a container. Let it sit overnight in the fridge and top it with fresh fruit or nuts in the morning. Enjoy!
