This sauce is very versatile. Great for steamed vegetable and baked tofu as a salad dressing, on top of Mexican food or any vegan bowl. I often get asked for nut-free options to my vegan cashew cheese and this friends is that option!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 package Silken Tofu (firm)
- 1/2 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 tsp Kelp Granules
- 1/4 tsp Spike Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
Instructions:
Blend the above ingredients until smooth and creamy. ENJOY!
