I just did my 10min workout! I am in my 1st trimester of my second kid!, and I dont like to workout! I hope this helps me keep on weigth! since I am doing way worst than last time I was preagnant! On the fist time I did not gain any weigth on the first 20 weeks! then I had to be at home and I gaine more than 20 kilos!!!
