Whether you’re pregnant or too busy with your little one to get to the gym, my workout will help you tone your thighs, glutes, back, and arms, to increase your strength while also keeping your heart healthy.

As always, this workout is pregnancy-safe and equipment-free, making it easy for you even if you have a case of the post-holiday Mondays.
