As moms we shoulder the weight of many things — from caring for babies, to bringing home the bacon (vegan bacon in our case!). That’s why I created this easy, but effective set. You’ll strengthen your shoulders, back and core with a quick, 10-minute workout that’s safe for you and baby. I promise it’s fun and straightforward, which are two key components to a successful workout, if you ask me.

Also, keeping your core fit during pregnancy is a great way to reduce back pain. As baby grows, we put strain on our spine, but with a strong core, we offset a lot of pain-causing pressure especially during the third trimester when baby is reaching her maximum capacity in there!
