It’s summer, so let’s get outside for today’s 10-Minute Pregnancy Workout Challenge! It’s Day 3, so I want to get you moving with some fun exercises inspired by cardio kickboxing. From some squat-kicks to some good punching combos, you’ll strengthen your glutes, thighs and your arms, too!

Loving your workouts! I’m 31 weeks with my first and have always been very active. Stopped running about 3 was ago due to back pain but finds your ten minute workouts are the perfect amount of cardio and toning, usually do two in the morning and feel so good the rest of the day!
