How Does an Online Program Work?

An online program is a simple and convenient way to participate in a course from the comfort of your own home. After you register, I’ll email you the program materials, including a comprehensive overview, additional instructions, etc.  You’ll join our private Facebook community where you’ll check in with me on a daily basis, ask questions, complete the daily action steps, support others in our group, and stay accountable to the group and yourself.

How does the Facebook community work?

After you register for my course, I’ll email you a link to our private Facebook group.  Join the group before our official start date. This is where you’ll check in with me daily, ask questions, support others in our group, and stay accountable.  Sometimes I’ll share exclusive trainings in this group through live video. This is a highly valuable part of the course, so be sure to take full advantage of this feature!  Our group will remain active for the duration of the course.

Do I Have to be on Facebook to join the program?

I host the Vegan Transformation community groups on Facebook. Most of my client choose to join the Facebook community group for daily tips and accountability. While I do recommend you join a Facebook group, it is not required for participation in the program.
